Recipe: Seasoned Potato Slices



After being made fun of for spending most of my free moments on Pinterest, Mike had made an account, and began doing the same thing. Needless to say, the teasing quickly stopped, and he was coming up with new recipes that he wanted to try as well. One day, Mike had come home from work, and had stopped at the store. He had bought the ingredients to make this, un-named recipe. The first time that Mike had made it, it was under cooked, but we tried it again the next day, and it was much better. It's a much healthier alternative to fries or chips!

Russet Potato
Butter
Olive Oil
Garlic
Salt and Pepper

Slice your potato, but not all the way through! Place the desired amount of garlic in between each slice, drizzle with butter, oil and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven at 425* for 40-45 minutes, or until the potato is cooked.
