Mike and I love pesto! Mike makes the best homemade pesto and we have it with a lot of different things, but we enjoy it most on pizza! We have had many friends and co-workers ask us how you grill pizza...and well, here it is.
Here's the recipe: Grilled Pesto Pizza
Bobali pizza crust
Pesto (homemade or store bought)
Mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings!
The instructions are simple: Make your pizza however you want it, using pesto (or pizza sauce if you don't like pesto), and place it on the warm grill until the cheese has melted thoroughly in the center. Don't grill on high heat, for you will burn the crust!
